Job Responsibility:

Promote risk management in the unit
Support with expertise on Ingka Rules and Local legislation
Provide expertise on and plan for the proper trainings needed
Support a Risk & Compliance culture
Ensure the reporting of relevant figures
Showcase personal integrity, rationality and impartiality
Plan effectively, to influence others and follow up on changes implemented
Independently and reliably work on agreed actions
Showcase social skills and high accessibility

Requirements:

Experience from Safety, Security and/or Compliance area
Knowledge of national/local legal demands connected to risk management, health, safety and security
Understanding of Ingka Group Risk & Compliance Framework
Understanding of the IKEA business and culture
Good knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision
Understanding of local/national laws and regulation
Self-reliant with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to prioritise and organise own work
Ability to strike a balance between keeping a good overview and paying good attention to detail
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing
Ability to train and educate large groups
Good analytical and numerical skills
Retail and/or home furnishing experience
Strong sense of urgency and high availability
Strong promoter of IKEA culture and values
Passion for people, the IKEA business, and IKEA culture and values
Passion for establishing a Risk & Compliance aware culture in the unit
Passion for achieving results through the organization
Motivated to increase own Risk & Compliance knowledge and skills
