Job Description:

Unit Business Risk and Compliance Specialist role at IKEA focusing on integrating risk and compliance into everyday processes to create a more efficient, risk-aware organization while protecting co-workers, customer relationships, assets, and the IKEA brand.

Job Responsibility:

Promoting risk management across the unit
Ensuring compliance with Ingka Group rules and local legislation
Delivering and planning training for co-workers and external partners
Supporting strong Risk & Compliance culture
Monitoring and reporting incidents involving co-workers, customers, and visitors
Advising on risk frameworks and safety processes

Requirements:

Experience in Safety, Security, or Compliance
Solid understanding of local/national laws and regulations
Strong communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Calm and clear decision-making under pressure
Knowledge of risk management frameworks including health, safety, and security processes
Current security license and first aid certificate or willingness to obtain them
