Job Description:

The Unit Business Risk and Compliance Leader aims to lead, steer and support the business by identifying and adequately mitigating risks and improving the overall level of compliance and efficiency. The position involves focusing on health, safety, and security to ensure all parts of the unit address these processes proactively.

Job Responsibility:

Promote risk management in the unit
secure the implementation and follow through of Ingka Rules and Local legislation
conduct internal investigations, analyzing unit processes and data in collaboration with local and country stakeholders, to ensure compliance
create a Risk & Compliance culture by developing leadership and conscious approach in identifying and implementing systems to detect, analyze and reduce business losses, financial impact, prevent incidents and accidents
be the single point of contact for all the matters connected to Risk & Compliance when it comes to Authorities
plan for and ensure that Crisis Management training and ways of working are in place in accordance with the CMT working method and Country and Local CMT plans
be a strong business partner and support the unit stakeholders and management team

Requirements:

Previous experience from a leading position and change management
extensive knowledge of relevant health, safety and security policies, laws, standards, rules, manuals, tools and working methods
university degree within safety and security laws and legislations or/and at least five years of work experience within the area
knowledge and understanding of risk assessment- and risk management process
fluency in English and Swedish
