Job Responsibility:
Perform all digital audio console applications
Perform all projection and video capabilities
Proficient in performing all lighting console capabilities
Proficient in performing all LED Wall and Media Server Capabilities
General AV Tech work as needed
Equipment Operation: Ensure flawlessly executed event through setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues
Comply with security and safety measures
Ensure equipment security
Perform advance work with operations and sales leadership
Customer Service: Provide excellent service
Maintain positive client relationship
Collaborate on event solutions
Understand hotel/client relationship
Equipment Maintenance: Assist with security, storage, inventory, transportation, and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
Proficiency in 2 of the following disciplines: Audio, Video, Lighting, and LED
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
Flexibility in schedule
10+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video is required
4-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and senior level management
Strong customer, client and coworker interface experience and abilities
Self-starter/works independently
Technical Qualifications for Audio, Video, Lighting, and LED Wall/Media Server as listed
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
4-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
