They ensure that each event is flawlessly executed, and work with the rest of the team to setup and strike down each event in a timely manner. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform all digital audio console applications
  • Perform all projection and video capabilities
  • Proficient in performing all lighting console capabilities
  • Proficient in performing all LED Wall and Media Server Capabilities
  • General AV Tech work as needed
  • Equipment Operation: Ensure flawlessly executed event through setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Comply with security and safety measures
  • Ensure equipment security
  • Perform advance work with operations and sales leadership
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service
  • Maintain positive client relationship
  • Collaborate on event solutions
  • Understand hotel/client relationship
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with security, storage, inventory, transportation, and maintenance of equipment

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in 2 of the following disciplines: Audio, Video, Lighting, and LED
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexibility in schedule
  • 10+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video is required
  • 4-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and senior level management
  • Strong customer, client and coworker interface experience and abilities
  • Self-starter/works independently
  • Technical Qualifications for Audio, Video, Lighting, and LED Wall/Media Server as listed
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 4-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
