Our client, a global media company, is looking for a temporary Union Payroll Manager to join their team! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office in Midtown. The successful candidate will possess expertise in union payroll processing and reconciliations, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work within large datasets.
Job Responsibility:
Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly union dues, deductions, and contributions payments
Reconcile post payroll for any union related items
Perform data verification and troubleshooting payroll errors in retro contributions, earnings, and dues
Manage and compile all annual union audit data requests
Process manual adjustments for union-related deductions and withholdings as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of manager level union payroll processing experience
Experience working with a large, enterprise corporation (5000+ employees)
Microsoft Excel expertise (pivot tables, formulas, queries, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and communication skills
Nice to have:
SAP EC Payroll is desired, open to any large ERP experience (Oracle, Workday, ADP, etc.)
