The Public Service Association of South Australia (PSA), together with the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU), is the principal union representing South Australian public sector workers. The PSA is entering a new phase of leadership with a clear objective: to re-establish itself as one of the most effective, visible and powerful unions in South Australia – winning for members, shaping public debate and the future of the public sector. Every day, public sector workers deliver essential services that shape our communities. Your role is to make sure they're heard, supported, and organised. This role is all about people – developing and mentoring Worksite Representatives, fostering activism and empowering members to become confident workplace leaders. You'll be on the ground—building membership, strengthening worksites, supporting to turn workplace issues into collective action and leading campaigns that create tangible change. If you're motivated by purpose, people, and progress—this is where you belong.
