Job Description:

This role exists to ensure continuity, momentum, and commercial impact across Partnerships marketing while the role holder is on maternity leave. As Partnerships Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover), you will play a critical role in enabling sales growth by connecting brand strategy with customer needs across hospitality, travel and B2B channels. Working closely with sales, brand, and external partners, you will focus on product innovations, driving effective go-to-market execution, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting revenue growth through integrated marketing initiatives. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that values ownership, clarity, and purposeful execution – doing work that creates real impact for both people and brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the marketing workstream for key hospitality and travel projects, including launching prestige brand mix and supporting customer pitches across economy to luxury segments
  • Drive digital marketing and lead generation initiatives to elevate brand awareness, support customer acquisition, and optimize campaign performance in partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development and activation of new B2B channels beyond hospitality, such as travel retail, retail, B2B ecommerce, working closely with sales and brand teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles, with strong track record of supporting sales growth and customer-facing initiatives, ideally in hospitality, travel or consumer brand environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate brand strategies into clear, compelling proposals and marketing materials
  • Highly organized and proactive self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities, work across functions and deliver results in a face-paced, matrixed organization
