The long-awaitedUnilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) – your gateway to a transformative internship experience, is finally here! Unlock your potential with our Finance Internship, where you'll immerse yourself at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with more than 400 brands such as Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Comfort, LUX and Knorr. As a Finance Intern, you'll be given an opportunity to have a first-hand experience on how we protect and create value by driving sustainable financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with experienced teams and leaders on tangible, real-life projects.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the flexibility to choose between part-time* or full-time engagement over an enriching 6-month period.
  • Propel your career forward by earning the opportunity to be fast-tracked to the final round of interviews hosted in Q4 of 2026, for our prestigious Unilever Future Leaders Programme’s 2027 Jul intake.

Requirements:

  • Internship period: 13 Jul 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
  • Eligible applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
  • fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship
  • Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week. (Full time commitment preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
