The long-awaited Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP) – your gateway to a transformative internship experience, is finally here! Unlock your potential with our Customer Development Internship, where you'll immerse yourself at one of the world’s largest consumer goods companies, with more than 400 brands such as Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, Comfort, LUX and Knorr. As a CD Intern, play an active role in shaping the trajectory of our business and get first-hand experience on working within the “white space” business unit, covering geographies, consumers, and customers. Get ready to be challenged and learn how to make a success out of a product in a difficult environment. Requirements:

  • Internship period: 13 Jul 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
  • Eligible applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
  • fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship
  • Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week. (Full time commitment preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
  • Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
