Unilever Future Leaders Program is the program to develop tomorrow's leaders today, and it designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning with real responsibilities alongside world-class experts. The program includes rotations within functions in an accelerated learning environment. UFLP encompasses international stints, extended leadership contact, formal training & development, and a rigorous evaluation process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work in the areas of Account Management, Distribution Management & Category Management over three placements
  • Account Management: Work closely with retailers to plan and execute activities that would grow both Unilever and the retailer’s business
  • Build close working relationships with the owners of the biggest retailers in Thailand and execute plans that would secure gains in market share
  • Distribution Management: Work closely with the exclusive distributors of Unilever throughout Thailand
  • Be exposed to the different channels in the region and have a deeper understanding of how to distribute Unilever products based on demographics, geography, store size and type
  • Channel and Category Development: Handle specific categories and have a deeper understanding of the growth of drivers, competitive activities and consumer/shopper trends
  • In Category Management, be the think tank of Customer Development in coming up with effective promotions for field executives/manager to execute
