Job Responsibility:
Develop and review customer plans in collaboration with Chain Marketing to deliver assigned customer business targets
Ensure UFS products are listed and fully embedded in menus and recipes across local and global chains, as well as other key customers
Accountable for delivering business targets through relevant chain customers
Implement relevant Customer Development (CD) tools for chain customers, including Account Plans, JBP, Win & Retain, Ideation, Penetration, and Reach
Collaborate with Chefs and Chain Marketing to generate insights and trends from customers, the market, and diners, translating these into dish recipes implemented by chain restaurant customers to drive traffic and volume growth
Pilot and lead portfolio innovation with strategic key accounts to increase UFS market share and turnover
Build an effective contact matrix and maintain strong relationships to unlock new business opportunities with key accounts and customers
Drive collaboration with distributors to develop indirect chain customers, accelerating sales growth and product penetration
Proactively and aggressively identify new business opportunities, including new chain customers and innovations, and channel supply through direct or indirect routes (distributors) to drive penetration and increase UFS product share
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Area Business Managers, Chefs, Chain Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, CD Operations, and CSP—to ensure smooth execution and end-to-end operational excellence for key accounts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3-5 years of proven experience in Customer Development and/or Field Sales within the Food Service Industry
Demonstrated track record in Sales Management, including handling Key Accounts
Strong passion for sales, food, and the foodservice industry
