Job Description:

UNICA Sourcing Specialist is responsible from planning the sourcing of FGs as per the planning cycles, keeping inventory as per the inventory targets and achieving dispatch reliabilities and service for the FG. He/She needs to Identify and deliver projects identified on time in full. He/She needs to understand the tasks and the type of automation needed to optimize the entire process to save time and manpower.

  • Coordination of sourcing projects within the team and UL
  • Order-Production alignment
  • Transfer Pricing follow up
  • OTIF sourcing of all existing products/SKUs for meeting the demand in the region
  • Change management inc. renovations/innovations, localizations and sourcing unit changes.
  • Stock management of all UNICA stocks, in transits, stocks at sourcing units
  • Manage the supply planning process, focusing on short term supply planning and inventory management of finished goods.
  • Generate Short/Medium term FG supply plans and shipment plans.
  • Identify and decide on short term supply issues within the guidelines
  • Highlight short/medium term exceptional cases
  • Work closely with Sourcing Units’ planning teams (local and imported packs) to ensure delivery of customer service, stock and cost requirements
  • Work closely with the logistics teams to ensure delivery of customer service, stock and cost requirements.
  • Work closely with distribution to understand outbound network constraints and liaise with the appropriate planning teams (site and third party) to overcome short/medium term constraints
  • Identify potential bottlenecks on finished goods production, including with key suppliers, and propose ways to resolve them at optimal cost
  • Work closely with relevant Turkey & UNICA Demand Planning Managers to drive complexity reduction in terms of SKUs
  • Deliver the business supply planning process, particularly the annual supply planning process, to ensure a robust supply plan is issued to the manufacturing sourcing units, third party and sourcing teams for volume and cost planning purposes.
  • Manage the stock holding policy in order to meet customer service & inventory targets.
  • Determine inbound logistics requirements
  • Responsible for primary and secondary DRP and execute primary DRP from SU to primary DC’s
  • SLOB & BW management
  • Support project teams and ensure appropriate early management rigour in delivering innovation through the wider supply chain. This includes early management of write offs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain / project management within supply chain / planning is required.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Fluent in English, and Turkish
  • both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Turkish & English is mandatory.
