Provide administrative support within the Underwriting department of a highly respected Insurance Firm. Provide professional, consistent, and quality customer service to agents; administrative support to the underwriting team; assist agents with status, product, and application processing questions.
Job Responsibility:
Data entry and document routing
Manage assigned caseload to meet required time service standards
Review application and medical history against underwriting guidelines
Work closely with underwriters to complete follow-up processing
Communicate professionally, by phone or email, with agents and customers
Carry out workflow processes for department and industry specific programs
