Job Description:

Provide administrative support within the Underwriting department of a highly respected Insurance Firm. Provide professional, consistent, and quality customer service to agents; administrative support to the underwriting team; assist agents with status, product, and application processing questions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Data entry and document routing
  • Manage assigned caseload to meet required time service standards
  • Review application and medical history against underwriting guidelines
  • Work closely with underwriters to complete follow-up processing
  • Communicate professionally, by phone or email, with agents and customers
  • Carry out workflow processes for department and industry specific programs
