Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
Strong knowledge of Commercial Underwriting
Ideally well-versed in Public Sector, but open to considering those from General Commercial Insurance
Holding or working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications, Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII would be advantageous
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse data and identify trends or areas for improvement
Proficiency in using Acturis or similar insurance software, and MS Office
Eligible to work in the UK

Job Responsibility

Manage day-to-day servicing and growth of Public Sector DAA
Administer tasks in compliance with insurer procedures
Process, record, and confirm instructions efficiently
Provide regular updates and management information for each DAA
Identify under-insurance and potential gaps in client cover
Ensure DAA are fit for purpose and provide feedback on product development
Support testing requirements of system DAA developments
Comply with regulatory requirements and company procedures
Maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, insurers, and suppliers
Identify training needs and development opportunities for team members

Job Responsibility
