Job Description

Our client is a premier global insurance brand, recognized worldwide for delivering top-tier commercial coverage and risk management solutions. You will join a dynamic, collaborative regional Middle Office team. While you will be reporting directly to the Middle Office Team Lead.You will work closely with local underwriters, global network partners, and offshore support teams in Hong Kong and across various countries to maintain elite data quality and smooth cross-border execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating with international network partners and local branches to ensure timely implementation of multinational insurance programs
  • Ensuring all related placement data is complete and accurate to effectively instruct local policy details
  • Engaging proactively with Underwriters to ensure an efficient transfer of key information to manage global placements
  • Addressing urgent requests originating from clients and brokers immediately, referring technical complexities to Underwriters
  • Handling policy wording and endorsements, including triaging, segmentation, calculations, and documentation follow-up with brokers or cedants.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma and/or hold relevant insurance certifications
  • Familiar with general insurance such as Property and Casualty
  • Prior experience in corporate or commercial insurance administration is highly advantageous
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, with proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred to communicate effectively with regional internal and external stakeholders.
