Job Description:

As an Underwriting Administrator, you will support the multinational underwriting process, focusing on policy management for international contracts. You will provide administrative support across various lines of business, including Property, Engineering, and Liability, working transversally across different business lines. This role is an excellent opportunity to be part of a cohesive underwriting team, delivering professional service and contributing to the growth of our portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the administrative and technical preparation of international insurance contracts across various lines of business, including Property, Engineering, and Liability
Collaborate closely with underwriters to ensure compliance with guidelines and support sustainable growth initiatives
Serve as a primary contact for brokers, maintaining and developing strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and information exchange
Assist underwriters with tasks within your competencies to support the underwriting process

Requirements:

Degree in insurance, economics, or other relevant fields
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French
First relevant experience in the insurance world, such as policy management or underwriting
Autonomous and proactive
Administratively precise and Customer-oriented
Strong with MS Office products
Teamwork skills
