Job Description

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an independent financial services firm specializing in life insurance and wealth transfer solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role is based in Needham, MA and includes free onsite parking. The position starts the week of January 5, runs 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, and pays $28/hour.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the underwriting team, including case setup and database management
  • Prepare, process, and track life insurance applications and underwriting documentation
  • Request and follow up on medical records, prescription checks, exams, and reports
  • Submit underwriting files to insurance carriers and track informal offers
  • Manage document filing, data entry, invoicing, and policy delivery packages
  • Coordinate FedEx shipments and assist with case transitions to client services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, follow defined processes, and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce
