We’re assisting a well-established insurance firm in recruiting a professional for a vital role within their property division. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant line of business within the London market and be part of a dynamic and established lead market operating across multiple territories.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess, price, and negotiate risks submitted through the box or electronic trading platforms
  • Build and sustain relationships with brokers, producers, and clients
  • Promote the business brand and product offerings through marketing and sales initiatives
  • Review contract wordings and documentation
  • Contribute to account management, portfolio development, and business planning activities
  • Conduct market and industry research

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of international binder business
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks
  • Progress in ACII examinations or a commitment to complete them
  • Prior experience in delegated underwriting
