Job Responsibility

Provide customer service to clients, team members, and shoppers by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, disorderly conduct, and medical calls, and/or coordinating with store management and local responders as needed
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances and exits, stock areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter theft and/or property damage
Monitor activity at entry points and high-traffic areas, watch for policy violations, and report suspicious behavior using established reporting and communication protocols
Assist with loss prevention support tasks such as observing and documenting activity, completing detailed incident reports, and/or preserving scene information for management and law enforcement when requested
