Maximize revenues by collecting payment at time of service and entering accurate and up-to-date billing information into the patient accounting system
Assist clinical staff in maintaining accurate medical records
Greet and accurately register patients in EMR system verifying essential billing and demographic information
Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Answer multiple incoming telephone lines
Distribute communications accurately
Resolve a variety of patient questions
Schedule future appointments and requisitions, laboratory tests, radiology procedures and other special diagnostic tests
Notify patient care area when patient has arrived
