Job Responsibility:
Manage and lead a team of Raw & Pack Planners for the assigned portfolio, ensuring regional targets are effectively cascaded
Manage inventory profiles to meet agreed targets, focusing on slow- and non-movers to drive scrap reduction
Ensure seamless information exchange with external suppliers, Finished Goods Planners, Production Schedulers, and other key stakeholders (RSR, PLM, PD)
Take full ownership and accountability for assigned regional projects, even outside the immediate area of responsibility
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall Planning performance and efficiency
Monitor and report on team performance and material availability to align with global and regional standards
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Management or Business Administration
Min. 3-5 years experience in similar position
Business fluent in English and Ukrainian
Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels of the organization and with external vendors
Very good E2E understanding of supply chain
Ability to lead, develop and steer people and projects
Strong presentation skills
Strong KPI ownership
Open-minded and flexible, driving changes
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a virtual environment
Strong team player and attitude to improve processes and projects
Internationally oriented mindset
Willingness to travel frequently to plant sites (Poland, Georgia, Kazakhstan)
