Job Description

Lead a regional SaaS sales team, own ARR targets, shape strategy, coach talent, and turn data into predictable, sustainable growth at scale globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing regional sales team, creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Set a clear strategy and direction, empowering your team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets
  • Own quarterly and annual ARR goals, driving consistent, predictable performance
  • Use data and pipeline insights to identify trends, optimise conversion rates, and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Spot opportunities and risks early, adjusting plans to stay ahead of the market
  • Remove commercial and operational blockers so your team can focus on selling
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Global Sales to align priorities and unlock growth
  • Represent your region’s voice with senior leadership, influencing strategy and decision-making
  • Continuously refine sales processes and ways of working to increase efficiency, deal velocity, and impact
  • Act as a trusted industry expert for the salon, spa, and aesthetics space, bringing customer insight back into the business

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales, including direct people management
  • A proven leader who inspires, motivates, and develops high-performing teams
  • Commercially sharp with a strong understanding of revenue mechanics and SaaS metrics
  • Highly data-driven and comfortable interpreting complex data and turning insights into action
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and execute
  • Strong communicator, confident presenting strategy and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experienced with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or KAIA (advantageous)
  • Passionate about helping salons, spas, and aesthetic businesses grow through technology
