Job Description

We are bsport. The place to be! We’re a studio management platform built for boutique fitness and wellness studios, supporting 3,000+ studios globally. Following our €30m Series B, we’ve been scaling rapidly across international markets.As part of the next phase, we’re appointing an experienced Commercial Lead to own our UK&I market, one of our most strategic regions. This is not a traditional Head of Sales role. This is a regional market ownership position, combining commercial leadership, GTM strategy, and full revenue accountability for one of bsport’s most important and highest-potential markets. The UKI region is already established. Your mandate is to scale it into a high-performance, multi-channel growth engine.

Job Responsibility

  • Driving revenue growth across SMB
  • Owning and evolving UKI GTM strategy
  • Improving pipeline quality, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy
  • Optimising CAC and overall commercial efficiency
  • Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to scale growth

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth commercial environments
  • Strong background in SMB or mid-market acquisition-led sales motions
  • Proven experience scaling an existing market
  • Experience leading multi-layer commercial teams
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel GTM
  • Strong understanding of ARR/MRR and subscription-based revenue models
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance optimisation
  • Existing experience within the UK fitness and wellness ecosystem is a strong advantage
