Are you a UKG Pro WFM expert with a passion for empowering others through learning? We are seeking a UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Training Administrator for a critical 6-month engagement based in Brisbane. As our client embarks on a major digital transformation to consolidate outdated systems into a unified platform, you will play a pivotal role in uplifting the digital experience for thousands of employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to design and deliver training programs that ensure a smooth transition to the new UKG Pro WFM system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the design, development, and coordination of virtual and instructor-led training programs for internal staff
  • Act as an internal Change Team subject matter expert for the UKG Pro WFM system
  • Maintain accurate training records, including learning data, attendance, and completion records within relevant systems
  • Assist in developing high-quality training materials such as session plans, manuals, guides, and E-Learning courses in collaboration with SMEs
  • Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders and assist the Change Team with written communications to support training initiatives

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically with UKG Pro Workforce Management
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to a diverse audience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships
  • The ability to support the identification and research of training solutions and learning development issues
  • Professional UKG Pro certification is highly regarded
  • You must be a Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights
