Job Description:

We are seeking a UKG Ready Implementation Specialist to join our backend division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of UKG Ready and experience implementing payroll and HR solutions. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is committed to client and team success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead UKG Ready implementations for new and existing clients
  • Configure, test, and deploy payroll and HR processes within the UKG Ready platform
  • Collaborate with payroll, HR, and client teams to ensure smooth system adoption
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on UKG Ready best practices and functionalities
  • Support training for client and internal teams on system use and optimization
  • Contribute to the GreenLeaf culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with UKG Ready implementation and payroll/HR systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
