They are seeking a UKG Ready Consultant to join their team and deliver client-focused UKG Ready implementations. Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end UKG Ready implementations for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate these into system configuration and best-practice recommendations
Configure Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, and Benefits modules
Support data migration, testing, and system validation
Deliver training sessions and documentation to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of UKG Ready
Provide ongoing consultancy support to optimise client solutions
Requirements:
Proven UKG Ready experience (4+ years) in implementation or consulting roles
Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes in the US
Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
