Job Description:

We provide innovative HR and payroll services to a diverse range of clients. We focus on delivering best-in-class client support and ensuring smooth HRIS and payroll operations for our customers. We are seeking a Client Service Representative for UKG Ready to provide exceptional client-facing support and assist with system implementation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HRIS or payroll systems, be comfortable engaging directly with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using UKG Ready
  • Provide day-to-day support for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and system navigation
  • Assist with implementation activities as needed, including system setup, testing, and onboarding
  • Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support tickets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, HRIS, or payroll operations
  • Hands-on experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS platforms preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • comfortable speaking with clients directly
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently within EST business hours
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
