We are seeking a Client Service Representative for UKG Ready to provide exceptional client-facing support and assist with system implementation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HRIS or payroll systems, be comfortable engaging directly with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using UKG Ready
Provide day-to-day support for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and system navigation
Assist with implementation activities as needed, including system setup, testing, and onboarding
Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or technical teams when necessary
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support tickets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in client support, HRIS, or payroll operations
Hands-on experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS platforms preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
comfortable speaking with clients directly
Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently within EST business hours
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
