We are looking for an experienced UKG Consultant to join our team in Chanhassen, Minnesota. This long-term contract position requires a detail-oriented individual to lead integration initiatives and manage projects related to mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and play a key role in ensuring the success of HRIS systems and related processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead UKG integration projects, focusing on mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless system transitions
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and deliverables
  • Update and manage integration documentation to track progress and ensure accuracy
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and timely task completion
  • Support ongoing system enhancements, reporting needs, and special projects tied to organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with UKG system integrations, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions
  • Proven project management skills, with expertise in tools like Monday.com or similar platforms
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows
  • Strong communication skills to effectively drive projects forward and engage stakeholders
  • Technical proficiency with HRIS systems, including UltiPro HRIS
  • Adaptability and self-motivation to excel in dynamic and ambiguous situations
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HRIS implementation and analysis
