Monitor and actively manage financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control across the TMT portfolio
Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Large Corporate Lending, Credit Risk, Portfolio, Product and Marketing teams
Collaborate with international banking teams to drive global connectivity and deliver integrated client solutions
Leverage business development functions to originate and convert new-to-bank opportunities
Act as Barclays’ senior representative to the UK Tech ecosystem
Lead senior client relationships across the TMT sector
Conduct ongoing market analysis of sector trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments
Lead, develop and inspire a team of specialist bankers
Ensure robust risk management, governance, and control frameworks
