Job Responsibility:

  • As part of People management – you will be responsible for delivering success through empowerment and accountability through model, coach, and care and investing in the growth of others
  • Pursuit leadership – you will be accountable for ensuring pursuit teams assemble and lead teams of cross capability resources with a broad variety of expertise for deal shaping on strategic qualified pursuits
  • Deal quality – owning a portfolio of pursuits, driving consistency and reuse across artifacts
  • Advising and supporting pursuit queries and escalations
  • Balancing customer needs and expectations against Microsoft business rules and goals
  • Mitigating risks and utilizing best practices, optimal delivery mix and deal margin rules
  • Pursuit execution – empowering pursuit teams to manage and execute pursuits using standard processes and tools, including smooth sales to delivery handover
  • Drive IP reuse and creation leveraging industry trends and future growth demand
  • Drive strategic deal mix protecting sold margin
  • Portfolio management - maintaining portfolio health supporting decision making, prioritization, stakeholders' engagement and removal of blockers
  • Business growth and business targets - driving a team of Pursuit Leads (PLs) to meet business targets and core priorities around consumption and the pursuit portfolio
  • Supporting the one Microsoft team through collaboration, reviews and deal approvals with sales and delivery teams.

Requirements:

  • Demostrated years of experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting, delivery management experience, or relevant experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Technology or related field AND demostrated years of experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting, delivery management experience, or relevant experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business, Management, Technology or related field AND demostrated years of experience in years enterprise technology sales, consulting, delivery management experience, or relevant experience
  • Demostrated years of experience in people management.
