Job Description

The role is focusing on the end-to-end management of predefined campaign execution. The position ensures that all planned campaigns move smoothly from briefing to final asset delivery, while maintaining alignment with brand standards, legal requirements, and production timelines.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and facilitate KCC/brand briefings to align on objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Develop and manage structured campaign timelines to ensure clarity and accountability across stakeholders
  • Oversee and track all required approvals, including Legal, Regulatory, and Production, to ensure compliance and on time progression
  • Ensure Internal production team is aware of the final creative prior to entering production
  • Monitor and coordinate feedback related to creation or production (casting, costume, set design, music etc.)
  • Partner closely with in house production teams to maintain creative alignment throughout development
  • Provide constructive feedback on creative outputs and monitor production budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Coordinate final asset delivery to all required channels and partners
  • Manage and supervise uploads to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring accurate metadata, version control, and availability for future use
  • Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs), monitor spend, and support financial documentation
  • Coordinate vendor setup and ensure compliance with internal procurement processes
  • Manage product sample requests to support campaign production, events, and creative needs
  • Support organization and logistics for internal meetings, workshops, and team events

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a marketing role, such as Marketing Executive, Campaign Manager, or Junior Brand Manager, with hands‑on involvement in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Solid understanding of core marketing principles, including consumer behaviour, market trends, insights, and marketing tools, with the ability to translate learnings into strong marketing activation
  • Proven experience contributing to creative marketing campaigns, demonstrating accountability for idea development, execution, and delivery across multiple touchpoints
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities, able to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and timelines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions, levels, and external agency partners
  • Strong creative judgment, with an eye for what makes creative effective and the ability to apply brand guidelines and toolkits in a way that maximizes impact
  • Collaborative and relationship‑oriented mindset, able to communicate clearly, build trust, and work effectively within cross‑functional teams
  • Highly organized and process‑focused, comfortable creating and managing approval flows while meeting tight deadlines
  • Passion for marketing and creativity, with a strong desire to continuously learn, stay on top of industry trends, and apply innovative approaches to drive results
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
