Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join us on a remote project focused on redesigning the user experience of a high-impact digital product. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver elegant, user-centric interfaces and intuitive interaction flows that elevate usability and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from user research to wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
  • Redesign key workflows and interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and aesthetics
  • Conduct and incorporate user feedback into design iterations
  • Create and maintain design systems that scale across components and platforms
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation
  • Present design decisions with rationale tied to business and user goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design work
  • Proficiency in Figma (required)
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and design best practices
  • Ability to conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • English proficiency C1

Nice to have:

familiarity with tools like Adobe CC or Sketch
