This job is responsible for supporting the executives in developing a digital strategy road map, building customer base via ecosystem formation and delivering the end-to-end digital experience for customers.

Support the executives in developing a digital strategy road map, building customer base via ecosystem formation and delivering the end-to-end digital experience for customers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphics Design, Digital Product Design, Interactive Design, Multimedia Design, or other relevant disciplines
A minimum of 7 years’ working experience in creative and mobile app design
Solid experience of UX/UI, interaction and visual design with a strong understanding of user-centred design
Deep understanding of social commerce landscape (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat) and private traffic strategies
Experience with AI-driven customer engagement tools and cloud-based AI integration (e.g., Alibaba Cloud’s Qwen, Tencent’s Agent Platform)
Ability to leverage young generation trends (BNPL, convenience splurging), sports entertainment trend and marketing innovations for fans community building and entertainment offerings co-creation
Solid understanding of customer behaviour on mobile app and website, and ability to translate findings into an actionable UX/UI improvements plan
Proficiency in design and prototyping software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure) is a must
Understanding in latest digital design trend is essential
An excellent working attitude, self-motivated and being a team player
Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
Good written and verbal communication (English and Chinese)
Nice to have:
Good understanding of mobile / web technology/programming a plus
