Job Description:

As a UiPath Lead, you will design, deliver, and oversee RPA projects focused on finance operations. You will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring development quality, and introducing automation best practices to streamline business workflows.

Job Responsibility:

Lead UiPath RPA solution design and development
Mentor developers and enforce automation standards
Collaborate with finance teams to identify automation opportunities
Troubleshoot automation issues and improve workflows
Ensure compliance with RPA governance policies

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in RPA with strong UiPath development expertise
Proven leadership in RPA project delivery
UiPath Advanced Certification preferred
Finance automation background is a plus
