We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Web Designer with a strong background in visual design and user experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web applications and platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows, ensuring that the design meets user needs and business goals
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts, ensuring that user needs are met
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
Visual Design: Develop the visual aspects of the website, including color schemes, typography, and layout, to create an aesthetically pleasing and cohesive user interface
Interaction Design: Designing interactive elements of the website, such as buttons, forms, and navigation, to enhance user engagement and improve usability
Usability Testing: Conducting usability tests to gather feedback on design prototypes and making iterative improvements based on user feedback
Responsive Design: Ensuring that the website is responsive and provides a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes
Feedback Incorporation: Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the user experience
Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all products
Stay Current: Keeping abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve skills and design quality
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design roles, ideally with a focus on web applications or websites
A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Certifications in UI/UX design or related disciplines can be beneficial
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects that highlight your problem-solving skills and creativity in UI/UX design
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback to inform design decisions
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to various stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A computer with dual monitor setup is required
Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
