We are looking for a UI/UX Specialist who understands users, their behavior, and their needs. The ideal candidate should be able to think like a consumer, solve usability problems, and design simple, effective, and intuitive digital experiences. This role involves close collaboration with product, development, QA, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Understand product requirements, business goals, and user psychology
Translate ideas and concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Design intuitive user experiences based on user needs and usability principles
Conduct basic concept validation and usability testing, and gather feedback
Research, sketch, prototype, and test ideas to support stakeholders' product vision
Find creative solutions to UX problems such as usability, navigation, and clarity
Design and deliver user journeys, wireframes, and UI mockups for different devices
Apply CRO principles to improve user actions and conversion rates
Take a user-centered design approach and iterate on designs based on feedback
Communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly with developers
Ensure design consistency across products and platforms
Stay updated with competitor products, design trends, and industry best practices
Requirements:
06 months to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong understanding of UX fundamentals and user-centered design
Ability to think from a consumer’s point of view and identify user pain points
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
Basic understanding of CRO and how design impacts conversions
Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for icons and vector graphics
Basic understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design
Good communication skills to explain design decisions clearly
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
Relevant UI/UX design certification
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of analytics and data-driven design
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
Experience working on live products or client-based projects
