Job Description

Lead the user experience and interface design process for digital products, ensuring that user interactions are intuitive, seamless, and aligned with business goals. This role involves design execution and overseeing user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. The Designer works collaboratively with product managers, developers to create user experiences that meet the needs of end-users and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Design the structure and flow of websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms
  • Create wireframes, sitemaps, and interaction flows
  • Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Miro, Sketch or Figma
  • Translate wireframes into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers
  • Ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical requirements
  • Provide guidance to development teams on UI implementation
  • Continually improve UX/UI design processes
  • Adopt best practices for design iteration and collaboration within Agile or Lean methodologies
