Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Front-End Designer to design adaptable, CMS-compatible web templates and user interfaces for multiple web stores and product sites. The role involves creating flexible design systems, unique page layouts, and ensuring responsive, user-friendly experiences across devices. The designer will collaborate with development teams and clients to translate business needs into engaging, modern, and scalable designs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design CMS-compatible, reusable templates that can be customized across different products/studios
  • Create unique UI/UX designs for web pages where required (landing pages, product pages, event pages, microsites, etc.)
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client review and feedback
  • Ensure consistency in branding while allowing flexibility for product-specific customizations
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff of design assets and documentation
  • Follow modern web design practices including responsive, accessible, and mobile-first design
  • Stay updated with current design trends and suggest creative improvements for user engagement

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in UI/UX and front-end web design
  • Strong knowledge of Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch (or similar design tools)
  • Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6) for front-end design and development alignment
  • Experience in creating design systems, style guides, and reusable components
  • Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser design principles
  • Ability to create clean, modern, and user-centric layouts
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work (websites, templates, or digital products)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with gaming, e-commerce, or product-based websites
  • Knowledge of animations/motion graphics for web (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations)
  • Basic understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or headless CMS like Contentful/Strapi)
