Job Description

YTP is hiring a hands-on UI/UX Designer who can operate across multiple products and teams. This is a floating, high-ownership role for someone who can move fast, keep design quality high, and leverage AI-native workflows to ship.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end UI/UX across multiple YTP products (web app, internal tools, customer-facing flows)
  • Design user journeys, IA, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, typography, spacing, accessibility patterns)
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to translate requirements into shippable designs
  • Lead branding and rebranding work across website and product, including visual language, style guides, and consistency
  • Create marketing and brand collateral (product one-pagers, decks, website sections, launch assets, social posts)
  • Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate design, prototyping, iteration, and content production. (e.g., AI design assistants, rapid prototyping tools)

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of UI/UX experience, ideally across multiple products or fast-moving environments
  • Strong Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, libraries, design systems)
  • Comfortable using modern prototyping and automation tools (Make, Lovable, and similar tooling)
  • Proven ability to drive branding or rebranding for a product, website, or company
  • Strong product design fundamentals: usability, hierarchy, layout, interaction design, and user-centered decision making
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and handle ambiguous problem spaces without heavy supervision
  • Portfolio required with product UI and (preferably) branding and marketing collateral examples

Nice to have

  • Experience designing B2B SaaS, B2C landing pages and AI native products
  • Decent AI awareness
  • Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design best practices
  • Prior experience leading or significantly contributing to a rebrand for a product or organization (website plus in-product UI)
  • Proven track record working across multiple products within a company, or across multiple companies, with the ability to quickly adapt to different product domains and stakeholders
