Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support enterprise-level software initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, technical environments and enjoys designing intuitive, scalable experiences for B2B users.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and prototype user interfaces for enterprise applications with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and seamless navigation
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on design solutions to continuously improve usability and overall user satisfaction
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define requirements, refine features, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle
  • Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and conduct usability testing to identify actionable improvements
  • Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, patterns, and best practices to support team transparency and consistency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong background designing technical, B2B, or enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent UI skills with a deep understanding of design systems, preferably in Figma
  • Hands-on experience with user research, prototyping tools, and usability testing methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience in data visualization or dashboard design is a plus
  • Experience designing for AI‑driven or agentic AI technologies is highly preferred
