We are building digital products for US-based clients across enterprise SaaS, web, and mobile platforms — and we need a designer who can own the full UX lifecycle from research to final developer handoff. You will be embedded in cross-functional squads with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA, collaborating closely with US stakeholders in an async-first environment. This is not a pixel-pusher role. You bring strategic thinking to ambiguous problems, can defend design decisions with research evidence, and execute with precision when it counts. You are comfortable working with minimal supervision and thrive when given real ownership of product experiences.
Job Responsibility
Lead user research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to uncover user needs and validate design hypotheses
Define IA, user flows, and navigation models for complex multi-feature web and mobile applications
Produce low-fidelity wireframes through to interactive high-fidelity prototypes that communicate design intent clearly to engineers and stakeholders
Design responsive, accessible, visually polished interfaces for web and mobile platforms using Figma
Build, contribute to, and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides that ensure product-wide consistency
Produce complete design specs, annotations, and redlines for seamless engineering implementation using Figma Dev Mode or Zeplin
Present design rationale clearly to US-based clients and product stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity
Ensure all designs conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards — this is a baseline requirement for US client projects, not optional
Provide constructive design reviews and informal guidance to junior designers on the team
Apply data-driven and feedback-driven iteration to improve shipped experiences over time
Requirements
3–6 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, with a portfolio of end-to-end shipped products
Deep proficiency in Figma — auto-layout, variants, components, design tokens, prototyping, and dev handoff
Experience building or contributing meaningfully to a design system
Hands-on UX research experience: user interviews, usability testing, card sorting, competitive benchmarking
Strong grasp of responsive design, interaction patterns, and mobile-first design principles
Applied knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA — not just awareness, but actively applied in past work
Basic HTML/CSS literacy — sufficient for informed feasibility conversations with front-end engineers
Excellent written English communication — essential for async collaboration with US-based teams
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments: sprint planning, backlog grooming, design sprints, and stakeholder demos
Strong portfolio showcasing research process, design decisions, iterations, and measured outcomes
Nice to have
Experience designing for US-market enterprise SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or e-commerce products
Familiarity with design analytics and testing tools — Maze, Hotjar, FullStory, Optimal Workshop, or similar
Motion design or micro-interaction capability using Figma Smart Animate, Principle, or After Effects
Exposure to product strategy, OKRs, or design thinking facilitation (workshops, design sprints)
Experience working directly in Storybook alongside engineers, or contributing to a shared component library
Background in graphic design, visual communication, or branding
What we offer
