Job Description:

Create Intuitive and Engaging User Experiences at HawksCode. Are you passionate about crafting user-centric designs that seamlessly blend form and function? Join our creative team and help shape the future of digital interactions for our global clients. As a UX/UI Designer at HawksCode, you’ll be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our solutions not only look great but also provide exceptional user experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and accessibility
  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to stakeholders
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and high-quality UI designs
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
  • Knowledge of animation and micro-interactions in UI design
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
