UI/UX Designer

• Creation of intuitive and user-friendly designs
• Development of a strong design systems and style guides
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering (process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models, visual design)
• Strategic thinking to align design decisions with business goals and objectives
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients
• Conducting user research and using analytics to make data-driven design decisions
• Building and leading a design team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality work delivery
• Participation in workshops with the clients

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app UI/UX design
• Deep expertise in UX
• Strong portfolio in different domains, especially in Healthcare
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Invision, Principle or similar
• Experience in mapping processes, information architecture, user flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• User research, usability testing and prototyping knowledge
• Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
