Our client, a large, consumer‑focused organization is seeking a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer to join a cross‑functional technology and marketing team. This role is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, helping translate business objectives and user needs into simple, elegant journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
Job Responsibility:
Design user‑centered interfaces for digital products, ensuring consistency across platforms and alignment with established brand guidelines
Conduct user research, develop personas, map user journeys, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
Translate business and technical needs into clear user flows and development‑ready design assets
Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and performance data to improve usability and outcomes
Present design concepts and rationale to cross‑functional teams and leadership
Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusive design standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of professional experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end digital product design, from research through execution
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite)
HTML/ CSS experience is a must!
Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
