About the Role: We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to drive and elevate the end-to-end digital user experience across our web ecosystem. This role blends UX, content, visual design, and conversion strategy, working closely with our Creative Strategist and Marketing team to create high-impact digital experiences that improve clarity, reduce friction, and increase conversion. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing landing pages, product pages, quizzes, onboarding flows, and lifecycle touchpoints—using real user data and proven creative principles, not guesswork. This role requires someone who understands how design decisions influence customer behavior and business outcomes. This is a full-time remote position.
Job Responsibility:
Design and optimize landing pages, product pages, quizzes, and onboarding flows
Map and improve user journeys across acquisition, activation, and retention
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform UX decisions
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align brand storytelling with performance goals
Build and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable components
Proactively recommend UX and layout improvements based on observed user behavior
Clearly communicate design rationale and expected impact on key metrics
Requirements:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and interaction design work
Some industry experience speaking to women—ideally women’s health—and direct response funnels (preferably supplements or subscription-based health brands)
Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and product pages
Comfort using Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools to analyze user behavior
Ability to identify meaningful UX problems and propose high-impact solutions
Understanding of funnel mechanics, CRO principles, and performance metrics
Ability to explain testing strategy clearly—what to test, why, and what success looks like
Comfortable working with US-based teams and consumers
