As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in understanding users' needs and solving their problems by creating end-to-end (E2E) workflows and visualizing thoughts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions. This role requires a strong grasp of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Responsibility
Design process management for products
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Driving design review iterations for intuitive and user-validated designs
Solve user problems by translating use cases into E2E design workflows to depict a user journey from beginning to end
Create user workflow diagrams, storyboards, and detailed design prototypes to illustrate your design thinking approach
Work with cross-functional teams such as PMs, Development, and Architects to perform design review iterations to improve and finalize your design proposals
Be data-driven by analyzing user feedback, market trends, and performing competitive analysis to make informed design decisions
Create coherent, cohesive, and consistent designs that match product standards and guidelines
Support in creating new guidelines if they are needed
Requirements
User research and conceptual designs
Creation of pixel-perfect (E2E) prototypes
End-user validations & Usability Testing
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Good understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
Good communication and presentation skills
Think outside-of-the-box attitude and not scared to propose new ideas and designs
A team player mindset with a proven track record of working with others within and across cross-functional teams
5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
Lead workshops with Design Thinking methodology is considered as strong advantage
