Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, usercentered digital experiences. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements and product initiatives into elegant solutions that balance user needs with business goals. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design cohesive, endtoend user experiences across our products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate business goals, product initiatives, and Clickup tickets into clear user flows, information architecture, and seamless endtoend user experiences
  • Design wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and highfidelity visual designs that clearly communicate design intent and product behavior
  • Own and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to usability and accessibility standards
  • Leverage Figma extensively for design, collaboration, and prototyping, and maintain shared design libraries
  • Utilize AIassisted design tools to accelerate workflows, explore design alternatives, and improve design quality
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver usercentric design solutions aligned with business and product goals
  • Incorporate user feedback, usability findings, and data insights into iterative design improvements
  • Support engineers during implementation to ensure design quality and fidelity are maintained

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing endtoend product design work
  • Should have hand-on experience in Video editing. (After effects, premier pro)
  • Expertlevel proficiency in Figma, including components, autolayout, prototyping, and design systems
  • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating using tools like Jira or similar product tracking systems
  • Familiarity with AIassisted design tools and emerging design technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
