Job Description:

In this role, UI/UX designers are responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a website. UI UX designers create the user interface for an app, website, or other interactive media. Their work includes collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather requirements from users before designing requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences
  • Quickly and iteratively create interaction flows, wireframes, and visual design mock-ups throughout the design process
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns
  • Developing product and/or service-related interaction designs, from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions in close collaboration with the product, creatives, and other stakeholders
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in UI/UX
  • Hands on experience of FIGMA, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and JavaScript is a plus
  • Strong visual design skills and an excellent portfolio demonstrating these skills
  • Understanding of branding, brand design and marketing
  • Confident presentation skills and the ability to introduce new ideas with clarity
  • Must have a strong knowledge of design principles.
