Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements and product initiatives into elegant solutions that balance user needs with business goals. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design cohesive, end-to-end user experiences across our products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate business goals, product initiatives, and Clickup tickets into clear user flows, information architecture, and seamless end-to-end user experiences
  • Design wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate design intent and product behavior
  • Own and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to usability and accessibility standards
  • Leverage Figma extensively for design, collaboration, and prototyping, and maintain shared design libraries
  • Utilize AI-assisted design tools to accelerate workflows, explore design alternatives, and improve design quality
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-centric design solutions aligned with business and product goals
  • Incorporate user feedback, usability findings, and data insights into iterative design improvements
  • Support engineers during implementation to ensure design quality and fidelity are maintained

Requirements:

  • Proven 5-8 Years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
  • Should have hand-on experience in Video editing. (After effects, premier pro)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, autolayout, prototyping, and design systems
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating using tools like Jira or similar product tracking systems
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and emerging design technologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
