We are hiring a UX Designer to own the user experience of our web & digital products. From design to launch.
Job Responsibility:
Translate project briefs, brand strategy, and content strategy into: Information architecture (sitemaps, navigation), User flows and page-level UX logic, Wireframes and prototypes for corporate sites, landing pages, and online stores, Wireframes and clickable prototypes
Iterate based on internal reviews and client feedback
Closely overseeing the development to produce your vision in the final product
Ensure Visual execution matches the intended UX logic
Ensure Layouts, spacing, states, and breakpoints follow your structure
Validate animations, transitions, and micro-interactions
Review or provide content entry, data structures, and layout consistency in WordPress
Ensure dynamic elements (sliders, listings, filters, forms, search logic) behave as designed
Ensure Data manipulation and flow logic
Ensure Form handling, validation, and error states
Work closely with Front-end Developers
Oversee the implementation of your UX vision into the actual build
Collaborate with Backend Developers on functionality that affects UX
Perform structured reviews on staging environments
Ensure the final website reflects the intended user experience before handover to the client
Join internal and client review sessions during UX and pre-development phases
Check key flows on staging environments to spot UX issues before launch
Propose improvements to existing websites based on usability, clarity, and performance
Requirements:
3+ years of experience designing UX for websites and/or web apps
Agency experience is a strong plus
A solid portfolio of: Corporate or B2B websites, E-commerce or product catalog experiences, (Bonus) Social Media & Ads designs, (Bonus) Printable graphic design
Strong skills in: Information architecture and user flows, Wireframing and prototyping (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar), Structuring complex content into clear, logical layouts
Ability to think beyond “nice screens”: You understand business goals, marketing funnels, and user intent, You can justify your UX decisions in clear, practical terms
Good communication: Confident in explaining UX decisions to non-designers (clients, marketers, developers)
